Wallet to Wallet: send money to a friend in PaysafeCard

I led the design of the most requested feature in PaysafeCard - allowing subscribers to send money to each other within the app. It was delivered across two sprints under tight legal and scope constraints. This case study walks through the key decisions behind it: what we deliberately left out, how we handled trust and error states, and what usability testing confirmed and challenged.

Redesign of Jammer app

Jammer is a platform that connects tenants, owners, and professionals when a home repair is needed. Owners can follow all repairs that are going or have been done on their properties. Professionals can register and Jammer would find clients for them. Here’s how we designed this process.
